I'm changing my diet.

I'm unable to attend my usual ww class from September and I haven't been since the 19th July. In the last 4 weeks I've gained 5.5 pounds (that's what happens when I dont stick to any diet!).

So, I've decided that from today I'm going to try dieting myself by following a healthy eating plan at home. We generally eat very well at home. We cook lots of fresh food and prepare things from fresh as we never use jars of sauce. I dont drink very much, a bottle of wine a week. I'm trying to cut this back though. I'm drinking lots of water (with squash). I guess I'm just trying to put into practise everything that I actually know about living a healthy lifestyle.

We haven't played squash much in the holidays but we're going to start playing 3 times a week again from next week.

(I know that I have to draw on all my will power to be able to do this at home on my own but I'm going to give it a good go!).

I woud like to lose 2 stone. It's 18 weeks until christmas and if I could be 20 pounds down that would be great.

I'll need lots of support!
