Intro post.....

Current Diet : Weight Watchers
Weight to lose : around 2 stone
Exercise : lots of walking and a couple of games of squash a week

I've been following Weight Watchers since March last year and I've lost 35 pounds so far. It's been slow going as I haven't always been as commited to it as I should have been. However, I'm currently following it to the letter and I'm seeing better weight losses. I'm not really sure what my target weight is, I think I'll know it when I get there. I would like to get down to a healthy BMI as when I started I was classed as obese and I took that quite personally as I didn't feel *that* fat. I go to classes on a Thursday evening so I will try and post an update here after that.
